What might you be capable of creating next?

You have already proven that you can create meaningful results.

But there are seasons when getting better at what already made you successful is no longer the most interesting question.

What do you actually want to create next, and who might you need to become along the way?

You don’t have to be stuck to want more.

Perhaps you are leading something that is growing faster than your current way of working can sustain.

Maybe you have accomplished what you once wanted and find yourself asking what comes next.

You may be entering a new role, building a business, navigating a transition, or realizing that professional success is asking more from the rest of your life than you are willing to keep giving.

Or things may simply be going well, and you are curious about how much more is possible.
Coaching gives us a place to explore that.

The work is personal. The outcomes are practical.

Every coaching relationship is different, but much of our work moves through three connected areas.
VISION

What do you actually want to create?

We move beyond what seems reasonable or expected and get clear about a future compelling enough to grow toward.
MINDSET

What might be shaping what you can see?

We uncover the assumptions, beliefs, habits, and ways of leading that helped create your current success but may be limiting what comes next.
STRATEGY

What will make that future real?

We turn insight into commitments, decisions, conversations, structures, and actions that produce meaningful change.

About Josh

I’m Josh Orwick, an Executive Coach with Novus Global.

I have spent much of my career building businesses, developing people, leading organizations, and discovering firsthand that achievement and transformation are not always the same thing.

I became skilled at carrying responsibility and creating results. Eventually, I also began to see what that way of succeeding was costing me, my leadership, and the people who mattered most.

Today, I coach executives, entrepreneurs, pastors, and other accomplished leaders who are creating meaningful things and are willing to examine who they are becoming in the process.

I don’t believe you need someone to hand you all the answers. I believe there is enormous value in having someone in your corner who will ask better questions, challenge assumptions you have stopped noticing, tell you the truth, and take your vision seriously.

What should I expect?

A real conversation.

We’ll spend most of our time talking about you, what you’re creating, and what may be worth exploring.

I’ll ask questions, challenge your thinking when it’s useful, and give you an opportunity to experience how I coach.

You don’t need a perfectly defined goal or a decision about coaching before we talk.

If we both believe continuing the work together could be valuable, we can discuss what that might look like. If we don’t, my intention is that you still leave with greater clarity than you arrived with.
