    I’m an Executive Coach with Novus Global, partnering with leaders who want to expand what’s possible without losing what matters most.

    I work with executives, pastors, entrepreneurs, and high-capacity professionals who are pursuing greater impact, clarity, and influence while refusing to sacrifice their health, relationships, identity, or sense of purpose along the way.
